Test Comments: We actually planted the beans at this location when most of the farmers in this county were still trying to get their corn planted. May was extremely wet keeping everyone out of the fields. Lack of heat this year kept most of the varieties from growing very tall. No lodging in the plot. Pod set was really good halfway up the plant with some 4 bean pods, but the tops contained some 2 bean pods.
