Test Comments: This area was extremely wet this spring and delayed planting until the first week of June. DeKalb County alone had some 45,000 acres of prevent plant. Corn emerged quickly and uniformly and was even all year long. Ears were short on most hybrids had 3/4″ of tip back. I did see evidence of some Tar Spot, but not as severe as last year. Plants were all still standing well, and dried down was good.
